1、很多航空公司针对未能乘机并且没有提前24小时取消预订机位的乘客收取不同的费用。目前采取此项措施的航空公司有：AY、CO、

2、TG、NH、JL的规定为：如果客人没有乘机并且未能在航班起飞24小时之前取消机位, 不予办理退票。

Important notice:

1. More and more airlines have launched the new policy to charge a certain amount of penalty on the no show passengers. Please remember to contact FCm Dedicated Travel Consultant to cancel your booking 24 hours in advance before the flight departure if  you don’t take the flight as booked. Currently the applicable airlines are: AY, CO, LH, OS, QF, SK, SQ, NW, UA, CA, AF, KL and AC

2. The policy of TG, NH and JL is no refund for the no show passengers who didn’t cancel their booking 24 hours in advance before the flight departure.
